• 100% refundable if cancellation 15 days prior arrival
• No refund if cancellation after 15 days prior arrival or NO SHOW
*In case the service provider will decide to cancel the transfer trip due to bad weather or no safety road condition, the client will be entitled to a total refund. Regardless that reason, the transfer can be also postponed if there is availability.
