Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail) and will be subject to a penalty as follows: • over 30 days from arrival date, no penalty will be retained; • between the 30th and 15th days before the charter, a penalty equal to 50% of the entire amount will be retained; • between the 15th and 7th days before the charter, a penalty equal to 75% of the entire amount will be retained; • within 7 days before the charter, a penalty of 100% will be retained. Bad weather conditions: No penalty will be applied if the local maritime authorities establish that weather conditions do not allow navigation in total safety. According with customer and availability of the boat, daily charter will be recover the first available date.
