Cancellation policy Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail) and will be subject to a penalty as follows: • over 30 days from arrival date, no penalty will be retained; • between the 30th and 15th days before the charter, a penalty equal to 50% of the entire amount will be retained; • between the 15th and 7th days before the charter, a penalty equal to 75% of the entire amount will be retained; • within 7 days before the charter, a penalty of 100% will be retained.
